One of My Largest Hive Removals
Date
June 2020
Location
Eurekaton, Tennessee
In 1924, Eurekaton, Tennessee was a thriving community with a Post Office, Store and Doctor's office. That year, Dr. Joseph Seymour replaced his father-in-law's home with this one, while also taking over his father, Fletcher Seymour's, medical practice. Adjoining land was set aside for a school. Upon the good doctor's death, J.E. Parker purchased the house and remaining property. It is now registered as the Seymour-Parker House. Parker's descendants still own the house.
